Refund policy

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 14 days of receipt on non personalised items if undamaged and in original packaging.. If refund is required we will refund the amount minus postage costs 

Personalised items unfortunately cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacture fault to the item where a replacement item will be sent out and we would need to see proof of this when requesting a refund. 

Please make sure all spellings etc are correct when ordering as this cannot be rectified later due to the item being personalised and we will be unable to sell the product if errors occur, so please double check personalisation before submitting order.

There are times when colours may vary to what you see on a computer screen so please bare this in mind when ordering, this is out of our control and we try to get it as accurate as we can but please bare this in mind.
